Ohmite's New TO-264 85 Watt Thick Film Power Resistor Rolling Meadows, Illinois - April, 2006 - TFH85 is the latest in Ohmitešs innovative line of thick film technology. This heat sinkable resistor offers a robust 85 Watt power rating (at 25°C case temperature) in a compact TO-264 package. In accordance with Ohmitešs environmental commitment, the entire TFH85 product offering is RoHS compliant. Available in two or three terminal versions, the "P Package" features a middle terminal that can be utilized to ground the heat sink. The TFH85 combines low thermal resistance with non-inductive performance. Applications include power supply conversion, lighting ballast, and motor drive related products.
