Offering a low-cost, standard heatsink solution for BGAs, PBGAs, and other similar devices, the BG Series designed with a black anodized surface finish that is applicable to either natural or forced convection cooling applications. This product is versatile in assembly, as it can be attached with adhesive thermal tape (included with the heatsink kit) or spring clipped onto PCB.
