The TGHX Series from Ohmite is a 150W planar, non-inductive thick film power resistor designed for today’s demanding power electronics applications. Built in a compact SOT-227 molded package, the TGHX is engineered for direct heatsink mounting and provides strong thermal performance in applications where space, power density, and reliability matter.
With resistance values available from low-ohm options up to high-resistance values, voltage capability up to 1500V DC, and low inductance of ≤50 nH, the TGHX Series is an excellent fit for high-frequency and pulse-load circuits. It is especially well-suited for variable speed drives, power supplies, motor controls, and other switching designs that require stable, non-inductive power resistor performance.
